LoL Donkaments: An Obsessed Man's Journey to Self-Improvement

6 August 2008
I have been actively playing poker for approximately 3 years now.  I started on the internet in the summer of 2005, and after about 6 months I played live at a casino for the first time.  The past 3 years in poker terms have been full of ups and downs.  I have played everything from MTTs, to SNGs, but a majority of my poker time has been dedicated to playing cash games.  Recently, I discovered the neverbeg website, which is a medium for staking and taking stakes on online poker.  For whatever reason I had never come across this site before and needless to say it has become very addicting.  The most positive thing to come from my discovery of this site is how much more focussed I am at the tables when I am playing with someone else's money.  I would say this comes down to the meticulous tracking of your own play that you are required to do.  This has led me to decide to track all of my play, even the play that I am playing with my own funds.  This blog will be a running journal of my play, both staked and non staked.  I will also provide a little witty insight into the game of poker if ever I should have any.  I will be using pokerhand.org to provide good clean rails of each and every tournament or sit and go.  Good luck to me.
